01. What is the cost to attend the event?

The event is FREE to our resellers and future customers.

 

02. What is in it for me to attend the event?

An opportunity to engage with our manufacturers, meet the Ma Labs team, and enjoy fun activities with giveaways. This is an invitation to relax, and be entertained, and a chance to win many great prizes!

 

03. Who will I meet at the event?

Technology Manufacturers, Ma Labs Account Managers, Ma Labs Branch Managers, Ma Labs Executive Team - Owner, VPs, and Directors, Ma Labs Product Management Team, Ma Labs Marketing Team, and more!

 

04. How do I register for the event?

It is easy! You only need to register once to be able to attend both Technology Seminars and Partners Exhibition! Simply click here to Register Now.

 

05. What do I need to bring to this event?

Please bring your business cards, valid photo ID, and printed/email confirmation with the registration QR code, in order to claim your badge ID from the registration table upon check-in.

 

06. I am not currently a Ma Labs customer, can I still attend?

We welcome all new resellers to attend. To create a Ma Labs account, please check Become a Reseller for more information. 

 

07. Can I bring a guest to the event?

We encourage you, our reseller, to bring your customers and employees since this is an event dedicated just to you. Please make sure to register each attendee in order to properly generate their respective badge IDs.

 

08. Can I bring children to the event?

Due to safety concerns and limitations posed by hosting this event, no attendee will be allowed to bring any guest under the age of 21. Because of this, no childcare services will be provided. In the event that an attendee brings a minor to the event, we will, unfortunately, be compelled to refuse entry to this attendee. Strict adherence to this policy will be greatly appreciated to avoid unnecessary incidents of turning down attendees' entrances at the event.

 

09. Do I need to pay for parking at the Double Tree San Jose Hotel?

Day Self-Parking with no in and out privileges is covered by us. Please bring the parking ticket to our check-in station for validation. 

 

10. I need directions on how to get to the Double Tree San Jose Hotel.

11. Will I be able to register on-site on the event day?

Definitely! All you need to do is present your business card and a valid photo ID at the registration table on the event day. However, we highly encourage you to register before 08/15/2023 to enroll for our early-bird registration.

 

12. Do I need to check in at the registration table upon arrival?

Yes! Please bring a valid photo ID and the printed/email confirmation email with the QR code to check in. You will receive an event badge and enroll in the prizes raffle after checking in.

 

13. Will there be Ma Labs representatives to help answer general questions?

Yes! There will be Ma Labs representatives at the check-in table or prize center to assist you.

 

14. How to be qualified for any raffle or prize giveaways?

Technology Seminars

Attendees will have a chance to win seminar raffle prizes and will receive one giveaway prepared by seminar sponsors. 

 

Partners Exhibition & Trivia Activity

All attendees who register and check in on the event day will be automatically enrolled in our General Prizes. Participating in our Trivia game and visiting booths to earn a raffle ticket to enroll Grand Prizes raffle. 

 

Early-Bird Registration

All attendees that register before 08/15/2023 and check in on the event day will automatically enroll for our early-bird registration prize raffle.
