Why do I need an online account?
With an online account, you can check product price, place orders, view shopping cart and track order status.
What types of online account do we provide?
We have two types of online accounts: Official Online Account and Temporary Online Account.
What is the difference between an Official Online Account and a Temporary Online Account?
Temporary online account is open to all users, and a valid Ma Labs Business Customer Account is not required. It only valid for a period of time and the registration process is easy and fast. A temporary online account has limited access to the website. With temporary account, users can check product price, but are unable to place orders. Official online account is permanent, and a valid Ma Labs Business Customer Account is required. A Customer ID is required during the registration of an Official Online Account, and it will be assigned to user when the user becomes a Ma Labs Customer. Users have full access to the website with official online account, including pricing, order placing and tracking.
How to become a Ma Labs customer?
Apply for Ma Lab customer is easy. You can contact one of the sales representatives on the Contact Us page. They will assist you to go through the process and set up a Business Customer Account. A customer ID will be assigned during the sign up process.
Or, you can submit your application online. Just go to https://online.malabs.com/application/signup/ and follow the instructions to finish your application. You can also download the application form (PDF) from here, complete the form and Fax to (408)941-1088 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your application is approved, you will be assigned a customer ID.
After you receive your Business Customer Account ID, you can use your customer ID to regiter a web account and start to shop online. To regiter a web account, please see "How to create an official online account?".

How to log in?
To log in, click on the LOG IN link at the upper right part of the page. In the opened page, enter your customer ID for official account or login ID for temporary account, enter password, then click on "Log In" button.

How to find a product on the website?
You can either navigate through the menus or use the search function to find the products that you are interested in.
1. Navigate through the menus
All of our products are grouped into three main categories: Component, PC & Notebook and Electronics under "Product" menu. The second level category are listed under each main category. Click "Product" menu to see the full list.
When you navigate into a category, all the products under that category will be listed on the left side of the page. You can narrow your search by brand, price and more subdivided groups:

To search by keyword, find the search box that is on the top right of each page, or under the left side of the banner image on the home page.
The keyword can be any word in product description, including Ma Labs list number, SKU number, Manufacturer number and UPC code if you happen to know them.
Then you can narrow your search further down by categories, price range and other special information for this brand.
How to order products online?
Shopping on our website is easy. After you successfully logged in (please refer to previous sections for how to create account, login or search for items.), you may either browse, or search for products you are interested in. For those products that have no pricing info online, you may call any of our sales representative and they will be more than happy to assist you for price quoting, availability and any other related questions. Your order will be placed and confirmed once you add products into your shopping cart then click on the 'Submit Web Order Request'. You will then receive a confirmation email regarding to the order you just placed. One of our sales representatives will contact you shortly and assist you with the billing information.
What if I want to repair, exchange or return the item that I bought?
You may send us an RMA request. It can be done through either online based on our website, or paper based. To request RMA online, go to Service page, and click on Online RMA Service Request link under 'RMA Request'. If you prefer paper based request, download the RMA Form on the same page and send it to one of our office locations listed on that page.
Do I need an RMA account for sending RMA request online?
