Why do I continue to receive e-mails after I have completed the "Block Me" Registration?

If you have any additional e-mail accounts, alias e-mails, or addresses that are forwarded to your e-mail account, you may receive e-mail from our sales personnel even after you have completed the "Block Me" registration process.

In such event, please register those additional e-mail accounts as part of our "Block Me" Registration process as well.

For example:

sample.user@yourdomain.com (email forwarded from an educational institution)
info@yourdomain.com (forwarded e-mail)
sales@yourdomain.com (group mailing list)
john.doe2@yourdomain.com (additional e-mail)
john.resigned@yourdomain.com (forwarded e-mail from employees whom left the company)
user@yourdomain.com (a different domain address that is forwarded to your current e-mail address)

Note: It may take up to 24 hours for the "Block Me" registration to become effective.

If you receive e-mails from our sales personnel after you have registered all e-mail accounts, please send us a note so that we can research and address the problem to your satisfaction.
